Audiovisual
"n0thing"

In n0thing an international group of visual artists confront the viewer with the empty plains of our existence. Combining these mesmerizing artworks with state of the art audiovisual performances, ambient tones, gastronomic treats and indulging drinks. Fear of n0thing?

"Concurrir Disidiendo"

The landscaped music, both loudly bombastic as softly sophisticated, are experimental complementaries to the stirring geometric shapes that float in a black empty space. His tantalizing performance, Concurrir Disidiendo, explicitly epitomizes a extraterrestrial matrimony of perception and sensation. Through the dazzling and technically well-orchestrated fusion of form and sound, spectators are yielded towards a dynamic receptiveness. This performance has such a sculptural impact on the empty space whereby the reverberating vibrations go straight to the core, an empty void fighting itself.

"Ensō repetition"

Augusto Gerardi , a Venezolan audio engineer and multimedia artist, is known for his transdisciplinary shows. The landscaped music, both loudly bombastic as softly sophisticated, are experimental complementaries to the stirring repetition of circles that float in a black empty space. His tantalizing performance explicitly epitomizes a extraterrestrial matrimony of perception and sensation.

"m0(ve)ment" by John Janssens

Tucked away in the industrial hangars of Antwerp, this borderless exhibition provides different artists with the opportunity to portray their free, uninterrupted flow of spirit. Their spirit is energized by the aesthetically appealing influence Taoism has on wabi-sabi.
The artworks and their spectators are bewildered by the duality between the industrial space and the four elements.

"Self-destruction" by Luc Peiffer

The installation “Self-destruction” is a video of a sculpture made off clay, which is being destroyed by the increasing velocity of the dropping of water on his head. A further rationalization would diminish its effect

"Fire" by Louis Buerms

“The music tells the story, the images are just an idea of the story” - Louis Buerms

The beginning of all rhythm and dialectic is to be found in a moment of conflict.

To make fire is an ability achieved by humans and is the only one of the four element that can be coaxed fully intentionally.

In its m0(ve)ment the terror and beauty of FIRE unravels

"Flying drone" by Joachim Froment

At his school, the Royal College of Art in London, Joachim used a laser to cut plywood. Afterwards he glued the pieces together forging an alveolus-like pattern that varies according to specific zone resistance requirement (more compact and solid in the center and on the edges) and airflow requirements (propellers zone). Its flat shape allows for an easier glide, which is an aeronautic quality, inspired by the way birds’ fly.

"7" by Ines Domange Haym

Her work is based on two opposite axes, extraction and assembly. First extracting the form, then searching for it, finding it and adapting it to an idea or technique. Fi- nally assembling it as a series shown in the environment created by the installation.

"Elements of n0w" by John Janssens

Convergence of all the elements that the observer may or not have touched upon as a moment of presence.

4.4- 2016

The 4.4 installation is focused on the theme of consumption, pointing to new directions in our contemporary patterns of consumption. The duality between organic and industrial elements creates an environment of quiet chaos. The physical and spiritual presence in the installation inspires us to think about our priorities. This prompts observers to reconsider their decisions with a view to achieving sustainability.

11100999- 2016

For ‘Elements of n0w’ John proposed a landscape shaped by percussion, natural sound effects and synth pads. The idea is to offer the impression of setting off on a journey, without diverting attention from the works on display.

Black hole

Mindful of the ultimate basis for the existence of this project, Cedric produced an animated design, which draws it's inspiration from the thought that "things dissolve into nothing or emerge from nothing". How is it possible to gain a better understanding of the beginning and end of existence?
